Mezcal production in San Luis Potosí is unique in Mexico, because it is done predominantly in ‘Haciendas’, using semi industrial methods dating to 18th & 19th centuries.
Aroma: Herbal, bell pepper and chile jalapeño.
Flavors: Slightly sweet, strong mineral notes, gently smoked.
