English Harbour Madeira finish - Antigua

The English Harbour Madeira Cask Finish was created in honour of the brand’s Founders who came from the Portuguese island of Madeira.
The backbone of this rum is the 5 years old English Harbour. 

The used casks are a mix of Bual, Sercial, Malvasia and Tinta, all from Blandy's and used for a 5 months long finish. After the finishing, around 5% of 10 years old rum is added.

The aroma is present on walnuts and hazelnuts, cinnamon, fresh citrus and marzipan notes.
On the taste you'll find some soft floral notes and marzipan, white chocolate and bright citrus
